Important Notice

Firearm frames, receivers, and complete firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Iron Saddle Armory currently sells parts and accessories only - no complete firearms or serialized components requiring FFL transfer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

FFL Transfer Requirements

Note: Iron Saddle Armory currently sells firearm parts, accessories, and chassis systems that do not require FFL transfer. The following information is provided for reference regarding future product offerings.

Under federal law, the following items must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer:

  • Complete firearms
  • Firearm frames and receivers (the serialized component)
  • Any item classified as a "firearm" under federal law

If you order an item requiring FFL transfer:

  1. Provide your FFL dealer's information during checkout
  2. We will contact your FFL to verify their license
  3. Once verified, we will ship directly to your FFL
  4. You will complete the transfer paperwork at your FFL and may be subject to their transfer fee

State Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state and local laws, certain products may not be shipped to all locations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.

The following states have laws that may restrict or prohibit certain firearm accessories. Orders will be reviewed for compliance:

No Shipping

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • International addresses (outside the United States)
  • APO/FPO addresses (military)
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes (for certain items)

Signature Requirements

For your protection, we may require signature confirmation for:

  • Orders over $200 in value
  • Orders containing regulated items
  • Orders shipped to addresses that differ from billing address
  • High-value or limited-availability items

If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or expected delivery date (for lost)
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage (including packaging)
  • Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Packages stolen after successful delivery (porch piracy)
  • Delays due to incomplete or unverifiable addresses

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers. The return address will show "ISA" or "Iron Saddle Armory" but the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package.
